About the job Full Stack Development - Lead Job Description : We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Development Lead to join our client team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, from concept to deployment. You will work closely with our client product team and design to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly and scalable applications. Experience : 7+ years Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Job Type : Full Time (work from office) Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full stack development team in designing, developing, testing and deploying solutions. - Collaborate with product and design teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain code standards and best practices for the team. - Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web and mobile development, and incorporate them into products. - Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, and provide solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of applications. - Continuously monitor and improve the performance, security, and scalability of products. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in full stack development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, and Node. js. - Experience with database design and management, preferably with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Excellent understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends.
