Job Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Management Initiate cold calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects. Maintain and update a comprehensive lead database with accurate and timely information. Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to drive lead conversion. Effectively communicate the company’s value propositions and offerings to prospective customers. 2. Exhibitions & Event Management Plan, organize, and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. Travel as required to meet clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities. Coordinate event logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups. Develop and implement strategies to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement during events. Collect and analyse event feedback to enhance future marketing strategies. 3. Communication & Relationship Building Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly. Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust. 4. Multilingual Proficiency Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory . Proficiency in additional regional languages will be an advantage. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups across different linguistic backgrounds. 5. Fast Learner & Adaptability Quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and industry trends. Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and evolving marketing strategies. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques and customer engagement tactics. Be open to feedback and continuously improve communication and marketing approaches. 6. Outspoken & Extroverted Personality Exhibit confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and engage others. Maintain a professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance at all times. Display a positive, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude toward marketing and client interactions. Be comfortable with public speaking and product demonstrations during events. Skills Required: Proficiency in Malayalam, English, Hindi (other Regional Language) Strong understanding of Marketing strategy, Interpersonal & Communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Qualification: Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
