About the Role:

We’re looking for a confident and creative professional who can seamlessly blend on-camera presence, public relations expertise, and social media storytelling. The ideal candidate will serve as the face and voice of the brand, handle PR communications, and lead content creation and engagement across digital platforms

Key Responsibilities:1. Anchoring & On-Camera Presence

Host company events, interviews, webinars, and video shoots with confidence and energy.

Represent the brand at internal and external events, product launches, and digital campaigns.

Collaborate with the creative team for scriptwriting, direction, and presentation.

Conduct engaging video content sessions for YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

2. Public Relations & Media Outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers.

Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and media statements.

Manage PR coverage, interviews, and collaborations with external stakeholders.

Monitor brand reputation and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

3. Social Media & Content Management

Develop, plan, and execute creative social media campaigns across all major platforms.

Oversee content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for storytelling through visuals and videos.

Track performance metrics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in Anchoring, PR, or Social Media Management.

Strong on-camera personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Creative mindset with a good understanding of current media trends and digital culture.

Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms (Meta Suite, LinkedIn, etc.).

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in an agency or brand marketing environment.

Video editing or basic production skills.

Previous experience as an influencer, brand ambassador, or media spokesperson.
