Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and proactive Marketing & Public Relations (PR) Officer to be the voice, storyteller, and strategic amplifier of our brand. This role demands a self-starter who thrives on both creative marketing execution and relationship-driven communication — someone who can craft compelling campaigns, engage audiences across channels, and strengthen the brand’s reputation in the public domain.

If you are equally comfortable drafting a press release, conceptualizing a marketing campaign, or representing the brand at an industry forum — this role is for you.

As a Marketing & PR Officer, you will be responsible for shaping how our brand is perceived — through media, marketing initiatives, events, and stakeholder engagement — ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values, voice, and vision.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Communications

  • Craft and communicate powerful brand narratives across press releases, media pitches, speeches, feature articles, and digital communications.
  • Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media partners to secure meaningful coverage and enhance visibility.
  • Represent the organization at forums, exhibitions, roundtables, and networking events, ensuring positive brand exposure and relationship building with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate press interactions, interviews, and coverage tracking while maintaining strong media relations.
  • Manage reputation-building initiatives including awards submissions, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership content.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Digital, Events) to conceptualize and deliver creative, cohesive, and high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Manage digital presence across platforms — including website updates, newsletters, and social media channels — ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Work with external agencies and creative partners to deliver marketing collaterals, event promotions, and campaign materials.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze engagement data, and suggest data-driven improvements.

Strategic Alignment

  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing and PR efforts — where storytelling, visuals, and campaigns reflect a unified brand message.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and public sentiment to identify communication opportunities and mitigate reputational risks.
  • Maintain a proactive calendar of events, campaigns, and content opportunities that support both brand growth and visibility.

Preferred Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or Corporate Communications.
  • Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and media relationships.
  • Adept with digital marketing tools, analytics dashboards, media monitoring platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strategic thinker with creative flair and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • A people person — confident, approachable, and persuasive in diverse interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
