Marketing Operations Executive

Responsibilities

Support sales and engagement teams by planning and enabling the timely availability and movement of marketing collaterals.
Manage external vendor relationships across printing, gifting, and allied services, including onboarding, commercial coordination, documentation, and ongoing follow-ups.
Review, coordinate, and operationalise event participation and sponsorship requests, maintaining structured trackers and analysing post-event outcomes to inform future planning.
Coordinate end-to-end execution of all engagement and marketing events, including understanding event objectives, planning requirements, logistics, materials, , venue arrangements, hospitality, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with PR partners to support press-related activities, manage timelines, and maintain an organised repository of media coverage and publications.
Work closely with website and digital partners to support content updates and maintenance, ensuring timely implementation aligned with communication requirements.
Support procurement and financial processes related to marketing and engagement activities, including PO creation, approval coordination, and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
1 - 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, events management, sales support, or handling vendors, PR agencies
Strong communication skills with experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
