Job Description

Position:

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Assist Product Managers in marketing operations such as label printing, collateral preparation, and related activities.
Manage end-to-end customer visit logistics and coordination.
Liaise with external agencies and exhibition organizers for documentation and payment follow-up.
Provide operational support for events, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
Maintain and update marketing inventory and operational reports.
Support all other activities related to Marketing Operations as assigned.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Experience managing vendors, agencies, and multiple internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Personal Attributes:

Positive attitude and willingness to work beyond timelines when required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of projects and documents.

Preferred Background:

2-5 years of hands-on experience in
marketing operations, events, or coordination roles.
Exposure to B2B or healthcare/animal health domain will be an advantage.
