Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Marketing team in an operational support role. This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial and compliance processes while supporting marketing execution across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end invoice processing, including coordination with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for invoice submission and provisioning.
Liaise with the Finance team to resolve invoice-related queries and ensure timely payments.
Manage and maintain the Marketing Invoice Management System for accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee Purchase Order (PO) and agreement creation, with responsibility for auditing and maintaining records.
Collaborate with the Legal team to facilitate agreement reviews and execution.
Audit and monitor marketing branding assets such as branch office branding, head office branding, internal and external signages.
Manage third-party banner activations across the companys website and digital display platforms.
Support increased operational workload during seasonal campaigns, managing 40–50 invoices monthly, with higher volume during peak activity periods.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Familiarity with invoice management and financial processes.
Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and vendor teams.
Attention to detail in auditing and compliance.
Experience in marketing operations or a similar role preferred.
