Marketing and Business Development Executive

You will play a crucial role in the marketing and business development activities at IKIO LED Lighting. As the Marketing & Business Development Executive, your primary responsibilities will include building brand awareness, executing marketing strategies, managing digital presence, and driving direct outreach through personalized emails, cold calls, and client meeting setups. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute brand awareness strategies. - Manage digital marketing activities, including social media posting, content creation, and campaign planning. - Create and send personalized outreach emails to prospective clients. - Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to set up meetings and presentations. - Schedule, coordinate, and confirm client meetings with leadership. - Collaborate with leadership on brand strategy, creatives, and campaign development. - Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, digital creatives, and videos. - Track and report campaign performance, lead progress, and client interactions. - Research new business opportunities and maintain updated client databases. Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for client-facing interactions. - Strong ability to handle calls, personalized emails, and client interactions confidently. - Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management. - Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools is an advantage. - Strong organizational and multitasking ability. - 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client engagement. - Prior experience in the design, architecture, or interiors industry is strongly preferred. - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. - Proven track record in brand-building, outreach campaigns, and meeting setups.,
