About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist to drive lead generation and admissions growth for S-VYASA University programs.

You’ll manage and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and affiliate networks—focusing on generating high-quality student leads, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns effectively. If you love numbers, growth, and making every ad spend count, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for university programs.
• Track and analyze CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR & conversion rates to maximize lead quality.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences & funnels.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing & admissions teams to align campaign goals.
• Identify and scale new channels or strategies to increase student enrolments.
• Build dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing / marketing analytics.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of education lead generation funnels and key metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a growth-focused approach and should be a problem solver mindset.
• Experience inedtech, agency, or education consultancyis preferred.
