Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on schools, apartments, and communities to identify potential leads for after-school sports programs.
• Collect, organise, and maintain databases of target institutions and student prospects.
• Provide insights to support enrolment growth strategies.
• Assist the operations and marketing teams with data inputs for outreach campaigns.
• Prepare reports and summaries to track research outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate (any discipline; background in business, data, or sports management preferred).
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills for occasional field interactions.
• Interest in sports and youth development is a plus.
