Job Summary:

field-based market research

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify

  potential new areas

  for setting up briquette plants.
• Survey and document

  existing briquette plants

  in various regions and their operational models.
• Collect and analyze data on

  raw materials

  (agricultural waste such as husk, bagasse, crop residue, etc.) used by existing plants.
• Study the

  availability of agricultural waste

  in different areas based on

  Rabi and Kharif seasons

  .
• Assess the

  logistics feasibility

  and

  supply chain

  for raw material procurement.
• Prepare research reports with recommendations for

  plant location feasibility

  .
• Coordinate with the management team to assist in

  decision-making for plant setup

  .
• Perform

  extensive field visits

  ; this role involves minimal office-based work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in

  Agriculture, Environment, Mechanical, or Management

  stream (preferred).

• 13 years

  of experience in

  market research

  ,

  agro-industry

  , or

  industrial project feasibility studies

  .
• Strong understanding of

  agricultural cycles (Rabi & Kharif)

  and

  rural market dynamics

  .
• Excellent field data collection, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with farmers, local suppliers, and plant operators.
• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
