Market Research Associate - Fresher

Conduct systematic and intuitive secondary research and primary research. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth interviews with senior executives, managers, and other senior persons. Your duties will include report writing, data gathering, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, as well as questionnaire design. You will need to identify need gaps and pain areas related to technology, consumer behavior, and market demand. Conducting competitive analysis to identify key differentiators and providing actionable recommendations will be a crucial part of your role. You will also be involved in demand estimation & forecasting analysis, market sizing & segmentation, competitive intensity, and entry strategy. Company and supplier profiling, SWOT Analysis, as well as Import & Export analysis are also part of the job responsibilities. Developing a strong understanding of the technology industry and specific domains as required is essential. Good organizational, team management, time management, and project management skills are required. As a candidate for this position, you should be a Fresher or have internship experience in Market Research. Strong quantitative research and data analytic skills are necessary, along with the ability to work well in teams and in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities are a must. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected, and the ability to articulate well is important. Candidates with an MBA and a technical background will be preferred, especially those with a core engineering degree and an MBA in Marketing. The job is located in Kharadi, Pune and is a permanent position. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
