Role Overview:

Market Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Data Collection

• Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather relevant data about customers, competitors, industries, and markets
  
• Design and manage surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other qualitative/quantitative research methods
  
• Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and demographic data to forecast future demand and opportunities

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Use statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, R, Python, etc.) to interpret data sets and identify trends, correlations, and patterns
  
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders
  
• Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and dashboards for business use

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to support strategic planning and decision-making
  
• Contribute research findings to go-to-market plans, product roadmaps, and brand strategy
  
• Present findings in a compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Typeform)
  
• Familiarity with statistical or programming tools (SPSS, R, Python)
  
• Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  
• Prior experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare, financial services)
