Market Research Analyst

We are looking for an entry-level Market Research Analyst to support our efforts in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data on global natural gas markets. In this role, you will assist in conducting primary and secondary research, compiling data from multiple sources, and preparing reports, dashboards, and insights that guide business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting data on potential customers, competitors, and the marketplace through primary & secondary research.
• Maintain and update HubSpot modules, including adding contacts/companies and preparing categorized lists/tags for campaign types.
• Handle campaign preparation and maintenance by exporting HubSpot data, managing LinkedIn Campaigns (including Ads and monthly exclusion lists), and updating the nGenue blog module category.
• Support in compiling and analyzing data from various traditional and digital sources.
• Use online market research tools and update findings in internal databases and applications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records to ensure research quality and consistency.
• Assist in competitive analysis of companies offerings, identifying market trends, pricing models, and sales methods.
• Gather and provide prospect information for marketing campaigns such as cold emailing.
• Track ongoing research projects and prepare weekly and monthly reports based on LinkedIn.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in market research analysis.
• MBA in Marketing Analysis or equivalent qualification.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Basic knowledge of search engines, web analytics, and business research tools.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in English.
