We're looking for a Marine HR – Training professional to coordinate training activities for ship staff and support navigation audits and compliance.
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: Relevant marine HR/training background
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vessel training schedules (Videotel, audits, surveys)
- Update navigation audit records & ensure timely closures
- Prepare reports for MR, TMSA & BP audits
- Maintain training expenses and database for audits
- Share monthly training analysis reports
🔹 Skills Required:
- Strong coordination & communication
- Proficient in Excel & database handling
- Familiar with marine training systems & audit workflows
