Manufacturing Technician

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Operations & Training:

• Participate in structured manufacturing training programs covering mechanical operations and industrial processes
• Learn machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures under expert supervision
• Assist in production line operations including assembly, fitting, turning, and machining processes
• Support quality control and inspection procedures to maintain manufacturing standards
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures in heavy manufacturing environment
• Document training progress and maintain detailed learning records as per program requirements

Technical Skills Development:

• Develop expertise in mechanical fitting, turning, machining, and welding operations
• Learn to operate and maintain industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities and equipment calibration procedures
• Assist in tool and die preparation, setup, and adjustment operations
• Support electrical installations, wiring, and basic electrical maintenance work
• Engage in continuous skill enhancement and technical competency development

Quality Assurance & Safety:

• Learn quality control procedures and inspection techniques for manufactured products
• Participate in safety training programs and implement workplace safety protocols
• Support inventory management and material handling operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas according to 5S principles
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisory staff
• Complete assigned projects and technical assessments as per training curriculum

Production Support:

• Assist senior technicians in complex manufacturing operations and problem-solving
• Support production planning and workflow optimization activities
• Participate in shift handover procedures and production reporting
• Learn cost control measures and waste reduction techniques
• Support customer quality requirements and delivery commitments

Eligibility CriteriaAge Requirement:

• Age Range: 18-33 years (as per NAPS/B.Voc guidelines)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,400.00 per month

• Mechanical Aptitude, Technical Drawing Comprehension: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mathematical, Hand Tool Proficiency & Machine Operation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Quality Consciousness, ITI Trade Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Manufacturing Process, Equipment Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• CNC Machine Operation, Advanced Welding Techniques: 1 year (Preferred)
• Industrial Electrical Systems, Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Production Line, ISO & Quality Systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Material Handling, Lean Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
