Manufacturing Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling: Ensure smooth production operations by planning, coordinating, and controlling daily activities on the shop floor.
• Managing resources: Overseeing equipment, facilities, and stock levels
• Ensuring quality: Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and ensure product quality.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
• Maintaining equipment: Conducting regular machine inspections and organizing repairs
• Ensuring health and safety: Ensuring health and safety guidelines are strictly followed
• Inventory management: Oversee the inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, ensuring adequate supplies for production.
• Relationship management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality raw materials. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient distribution of finished products.
• Meeting customer orders: Ensuring customer orders are completed on time and to budget

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate should have exposure of Power Press, Hydraulic Press, Roller Press, Die Setting and maintenance, Welding technology
