Manufacturing Project Manager

As a Program Manager, your role involves overseeing end-to-end project management, taking ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) of respective programs, and being the single point of contact (SPOC) for customer communications and interactions. You will be responsible for demand generation, creating revenue plans for programs, managing customers, and driving business growth year over year (YoY). Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) and ensure deliverables are met within the program - Monitor and report project and department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Conduct project reviews and update customers on delivery schedules, challenges, and required support - Manage project inventory and handle PPV, Obsolete, Obsolescence claims, and end-of-life claims from customers - Update demand/forecast in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system - Coordinate shipments to customers and conduct internal reviews for material challenges - Prepare project progress reports and submit them to management for quarterly review - Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) to customers Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in project management or program management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and internal reporting - Proficiency in monitoring project KPIs and generating progress reports - Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems - Knowledge of supply chain processes, including shipment coordination and material challenges Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
