Manufacturing Project Manager

As a Manufacturing Project Manager at Gunnebo Entrance Control, you will play a crucial role in driving the Vendor Development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding project requirements through Kick off and Design Review meetings - Identifying vendors, conducting visits to check capability, and managing projects to successful conclusions - Establishing accountability, timelines, and goals - Handling challenges in projects, particularly in vendor development for Product and Process oriented manufacturing - Delivering improvements in overall value (quality, cost, delivery, performance) from subcontracts - Collaborating with stakeholders to develop sub-contractor partner commercial and skillsets - Evaluating contracts, identifying and managing key risks, and coordinating with various departments for program effectiveness - Ensuring subcontract internal estimates are completed using standard norms before awarding subcontracts - Developing and maintaining an approved subcontractors list and updating the company's subcontractor database - Verifying invoices submitted by subcontractors as per defined Methods of Measurement Qualifications required for this role include: - 4+ years of experience - B.E in Mechanical/Production - Knowledge of various manufacturing processes - Strong negotiation skills - Stainless steel manufacturing experience - Preferred basic CAD/3D Modelling knowledge - High on vendor relationship management, cooperative, disciplined, with good interpersonal skills, a team player, self-driven, and result-oriented Gunnebo Entrance Control, a part of the Gunnebo Group, is dedicated to providing innovative security solutions for a safer world.
