We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated office admin to join our team. They will assist with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations. Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support audits and other financial reviews as needed. Requirements: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
