As a Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager in Manufacturing Excellence at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, your role is vital in leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing plants. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead initiatives of Manufacturing Excellence to improve operational efficiency, reduce wastage, enhance cost efficiency, and elevate quality across plants. - Identify process improvement opportunities and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. - Monitor performance of optimized processes and eliminate waste in production processes. - Optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and drive change initiatives for continuous improvement. - Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration while coaching and developing the cross-functional team. - Review and monitor daily OEE, prepare improvement action plans fortnightly, and implement quality circles for enhancements. - Drive all OEE initiatives and improvement projects assigned by ME Head, focusing on productivity enhancement through Quality Circle Projects. - Collaborate with other plants to harmonize Manufacturing Excellence practices across the organization. **Qualifications:** - 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lead change initiatives and strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. - Familiarity with quality management systems and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement projects.,
