Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Manual QA Engineer to ensure the stability, functionality, and quality of the BMS system. This role will involve manual testing, production setup, and migration validation for BMS, working closely with the development and automation QA teams.
You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and automation engineers to validate features, identify issues, and maintain high product standards before release.

Conduct thorough manual testing of the BMS component, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.

Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Perform end-to-end testing of payment gateway integrations and related financial workflows.

Validate data accuracy, migration, and environment setup during production migration and release cycles.

Collaborate with the automation QA engineer to align on test coverage and identify opportunities for automation.

Participate in release readiness reviews, QA sign-offs, and post-deployment validation.

Ensure testing best practices and QA processes are followed throughout the SDLC.

3+ years of hands-on experience in manual QA testing.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and defect management lifecycle.

Proven experience testing payment gateways or similar financial transaction systems.

Experience writing and maintaining test documentation (test cases, test plans, reports).

Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Exposure to automation testing concepts and collaboration with automation teams.

Experience with API testing tools (like Postman).

Familiarity with production environment validation and data migration testing.
