To excel in this role, you should have experience in employee management and compliance, possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, and have knowledge of PF, ESIC, and labor laws. You must demonstrate the ability to handle attendance and workforce monitoring effectively. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
