Manpower Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily workforce allocation as per project/site requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, leaves, and shifts of workers.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of site workers when required.
• Ensure timely reporting of workforce data to HR/Head Office (attendance, OT, performance, behavioral issues).
• Act as liaison between site management and labor contractors/workers.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Handle basic site-level administrative work such as ID cards, PPE distribution, and documentation.
• Support supervisors/project managers in addressing workforce-related challenges.
• Assist in resolving grievances of workers in coordination with HR.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly workforce reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, Management, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in workforce coordination, site supervision, or related roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Ability to handle site-level workforce challenges effectively.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
