Job Title: Clinic ManagerReporting To:Managing Director / Senior Doctors (Dermatologist & Plastic Surgeon)

Role Overview:The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, sales growth, and compliance of the clinic. The role demands expertise in medical rules and regulations, consultation skills for converting leads into clients, managing telesales teams, designing and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring smooth client experiences from inquiry to surgery closure.
Key Responsibilities:1. Clinic Operations & ComplianceEnsure adherence to all medical rules and regulations (KPME, NABH, biomedical waste, consent forms, etc.).
Oversee clinic day-to-day operations, OT preparedness, and staff performance.
Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth client consultation flow.
Maintain client confidentiality and compliance with medico-legal standards.
2. Sales & Client ConsultationHandle client consultations for hair, skin, and plastic surgery services.
Explain procedures, treatment plans, pricing, and outcomes clearly to clients.
Negotiate and close surgical & non-surgical packages effectively.
Follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
3. Telesales Team Management & TrainingManage and train telecallers for effective lead generation and follow-up.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the telesales team.
Review calls, scripts, and conversion ratios regularly.
Organize training sessions for client communication and objection handling.
4. Marketing & StrategyDevelop and execute marketing strategies in coordination with the digital marketing team.
Plan campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, influencer tie-ups, and offline promotions.
Track ROI of marketing campaigns and optimize for better lead quality.
Work on brand-building initiatives to enhance clinic reputation.
5. Revenue & Sales ResponsibilityOwn the sales and revenue targets of the clinic.
Monitor sales funnel performance from lead generation to closure.
Maintain MIS reports for leads, consultations, closures, and revenues.
Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups and collections.
Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of medical compliance and clinic operations.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
Experience in telesales team management and training.
Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Good understanding of hair, skin, and cosmetic surgery services preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy with CRM and lead management tools.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinic/hospital operations or sales management.
Prior experience in aesthetic, cosmetic surgery, or dermatology industry preferred.
