Key Responsibilities: Surgical Assistance: Assist doctors during hair transplant surgeries (FUE/FUT), PRP, GFC, and other plastic/aesthetic procedures Monitor patient vitals, comfort, and sterile protocols during procedures Support extended surgeries beyond working hours when necessary Pre & Post Procedure Care: Prepare patients for procedures and consultations Support post-operative care, dressings, and follow-up support, including on-call assistance if required Clinical Operations: Maintain and monitor sterilization of surgical tools and equipment Ensure accurate medical record-keeping and patient file management Handle medical inventory and consumables tracking Support Functions: Assist the telesales and front office team during free time Provide clinic tours or guidance to patients if required Be an all-round contributor to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic functioning Requirements: Qualification: GNM / B.Sc.
