Location:Mumbai(only) Grade:A/B1 Position:Managing Skype/Teams infra Roles and responsibilities: ????????Proven expertise in managing/administering a Skype for Business and MS Teams environment ????????Support and maintain a Skype for Business and Microsoft TEAMS environments ????????Administer Support and Maintain SFB/O365/TEAMS and Enterprise Voice Services. ????????Administer and Maintain Federation Services ????????Administer and support Skype for Business health monitoring (Server KHI's Call quality reporting usage reporting) ????????Strong troubleshooting and administration experience on SIP trunks SBC's AD O365 ????????Troubleshoot basic to intermediate user issues on skype /Teams. ????????Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare technical documentation ????????Understanding and ability to provide support and learn as needed for network infrastructure and Unified Communications environments ????????Willing to work in 24/7 operations in the rotating shifts including weekends is mandatory.
