Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Managing Director located in Bengaluru. The Managing Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including strategic planning, team management, and fostering company growth. Responsibilities include leadership development, financial oversight, business development, and collaboration with creative teams to fulfill the studio’s vision and goals. As a key decision-maker, the Managing Director will drive both short-term objectives and long-term strategies, maintaining alignment with the organization's mission.

• Proven expertise in team leadership, strategic planning, and project management
• Strong financial acumen, operational management, and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development and stakeholder management
• Understanding of the gaming industry, market trends, and innovation opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support team collaboration
• Ability to motivate and inspire a creative team to achieve strategic goals
• Familiarity with game development processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
