Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Director, located in Ghaziabad. The Managing Director will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure financial stability and growth. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring staff, fostering a positive organizational culture, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Managing Director will also identify business opportunities and drive continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals.

• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad
• Experience in the manufacturing or education sector is a plus
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
