Managing Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead Indocan Overseas into its next phase of growth and excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior leadership roles within the education or overseas consultancy sector, and proven experience as a Managing Director or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operations of Indocan Overseas.
• Oversee business development, partnerships, and expansion into new international markets.
• Ensure compliance with international education standards and regulations.
• Drive marketing, branding, and outreach strategies to increase student recruitment.
• Lead and mentor department heads, counselors, and administrative teams.
• Maintain relationships with overseas institutions, embassies, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Represent the organization at national and international education events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar executive leadership role within the educational or overseas consultancy sector.
• Strong understanding of international student recruitment and visa processing.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make high-level decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, International Relations, or a related field.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹71,128.24 per month
