Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operations of Indocan Overseas. Oversee business development, partnerships, and expansion into new international markets. Ensure compliance with international education standards and regulations. Drive marketing, branding, and outreach strategies to increase student recruitment. Lead and mentor department heads, counselors, and administrative teams. Maintain relationships with overseas institutions, embassies, and regulatory bodies. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning. Represent the organization at national and international education events. Requirements: Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar executive leadership role within the educational or overseas consultancy sector . Strong understanding of international student recruitment and visa processing. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
