Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Director located in Morbi. The Managing Director will lead strategic initiatives, oversee daily operations, and ensure the company's goals align with its vision. Responsibilities include managing budgets, resources, and teams, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Experience in Budget Management, Resource Allocation, and Team Management
• Relationship Building, Stakeholder Management, and Communication skills
• Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management experience
• Proven track record of identifying and driving growth opportunities
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
