Qualifications Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills Experience in Budget Management, Resource Allocation, and Team Management Relationship Building, Stakeholder Management, and Communication skills Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management experience Proven track record of identifying and driving growth opportunities Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
