Head Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head Accountant to manage the complete financial operations of our garment manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full accounts: purchase, sales, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation

• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
• Manage budgeting, cost analysis, and expense control
• Coordinate with auditors, CA, and internal departments
• Supplier payments, follow-ups, credit control
• Maintain records for machinery loans, interest, salaries, PF/ESI
• Implement accounting SOPs to ensure accuracy and timely reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years experience
• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting
• Experience in manufacturing (textile/garments preferred)
• Team leadership skills & strong reporting discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
