Head Accountant Job Description We are looking for an experienced Head Accountant to manage the complete financial operations of our garment manufacturing unit. Key Responsibilities: Handle full accounts: purchase, sales, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow Manage budgeting, cost analysis, and expense control Coordinate with auditors, CA, and internal departments Supplier payments, follow-ups, credit control Maintain records for machinery loans, interest, salaries, PF/ESI Implement accounting SOPs to ensure accuracy and timely reporting Requirements: Minimum 5–10 years experience Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting Experience in manufacturing (textile/garments preferred) Team leadership skills & strong reporting discipline Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
