Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Managing Director based in Bengaluru. The Managing Director will oversee the strategic direction and overall operations of White Bird, ensuring the company's vision and objectives are consistently met. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring company performance, managing budgets, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The Managing Director will also lead cross-functional teams, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, and identify opportunities for organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic leadership and business planning skills
• Expertise in operations management, financial planning, and resource allocation
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities for team and stakeholder management
• Experience in the aviation industry, recruitment, or training programs is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
