As a Manager in the Intelligent Supply Chain Operations Fulfilment capability at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career while being part of a collaborative global community. Your role will be crucial in leading supply chain fulfilment projects for various clients across different industries. Here is an overview of your responsibilities: - Proven experience with 10 plus years in Order Management / Logistics end-to-end process - Lead the development and delivery of supply chain fulfilment projects - Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and deliver end-to-end fulfilment business solutions - Oversee order management and logistics systems implementations - Drive adoption of new technologies and platforms for enhanced fulfilment operations - Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be accountable for all project deliverables, including documentation, reporting, and business cases. You will also participate in external and internal projects, applying process improvement methodologies for continuous enhancement.
