Managing Consultant

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in Wipro's Consultings People & Change Advisory practice, you will lead sales and execution of change management initiatives centered on Generative AI adoption. Your role involves collaborating with business development and account teams to identify Gen AI change management opportunities, shape client discussions, create proposals, and lead RFP/RFI responses related to workforce transformation. Additionally, you will foster client relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver integrated value propositions. Key Responsibilities: - Steering enterprise change management initiatives focusing on Gen AI adoption, workforce transition, and organizational readiness. - Developing and executing change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and tailored training programs for AI transformation. - Supporting Gen AI use case adoption by driving mindset and behavior change across business functions through structured methodologies customized to Wipro's client and industry context. - Contributing to crafting change assets, playbooks, and toolkits specific to Gen AI and digital change. - Mentoring junior team members, enhancing internal capability in AI-driven change management, and infusing innovation and client context into Wipro's Gen AI and People & Change frameworks. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or a related field. - 10-14 years of consulting or enterprise transformation experience, including at least 5 years in change management. - Proficiency in delivering large-scale change programs, exposure to Gen AI use cases, familiarity with HR processes, talent management, and HR tech platforms. - Experience working with global clients or delivery models. - Key skills and attributes required include consultative selling, client-facing communication, understanding of behavioral change, employee experience, organizational dynamics, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in complex environments.,
