Job Description

Role Overview: As a Managing Consultant in Business Experimentation at Mastercard, you will be part of the Advisors & Consulting Services group specializing in Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Your primary responsibility will be advising executives on business decisions using Mastercard's innovative predictive analytics SaaS platform, Test & Learn. By working closely with customers, you will identify key priorities, design and conduct business experiments to determine successful ideas, and provide guidance on deployment strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client engagements in various industries and problem areas, developing strategies and programs for regional and global clients through data science tools like Test & Learn - Cultivate relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, assess client agendas, internal culture, and change readiness independently - Offer analytical and technical subject matter expertise, driving client success through Test & Learn adoption and competency - Lead teams to generate insights and business recommendations using Test & Learn, deliver impactful client presentations, and foster team growth - Provide project delivery team leadership, create a collaborative environment, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects and develop solutions - Deliver on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants Qualifications: Basic qualifications: - Hold an undergraduate degree with analytical experience in consulting, analytics, or data science - Possess experience in coaching and managing teams across multiple projects - Demonstrate proficiency in managing key client relationships and understanding business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership - Ability to identify new business development opportunities, draft proposals, and analyze large amounts of data effectively - Exhibit logical, structured thinking, statistical analysis skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively in English and local office language - Eligibility to work in the country of application and apply for travel visas as required Preferred qualifications: - Additional experience in data modeling, database management (e.g., SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or time series analysis - Experience in generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm - Relevant industry expertise - MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not mandatory) (Note: The Corporate Security Responsibility section has been omitted from the provided Job Description),
