It provides complete turnkey design solutions for exhibitions and interior projects from conceptualization to execution & on site management, all communication needs from graphics to audio-visual and event management, stall designing & fabrication services. It has office in Gurgaon with fabrication facility in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and associated partners in UAE, Germany & UK. Our strength is our in house creative team of Interior Designer, Visualize, Fabricator etc. We are equipped with all latest tools and equipments to cater the needs of clients and have been associated with various vendors in different cities for material sourcing. It has been handling various events & exhibitions of different industries like Hospitality, Tourism, Automobile, Interiors & Exteriors, Plastic, Paper, Water, Telecom, Fire & Security, Literature, Light, etc in various cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Jaipur & Hyderabad and International Exhibitions in Berlin, Dsseldorf, Madrid , London, Thailand and Dubai.
1. Sustain and grow the usage of the company's services within their account base.
2. Preparing and presenting proposals for stand design and fabrication for international clients/ participants.
3. Develop new business accounts.
4. Support the marketing efforts of the company through attendance at company and industry events.
5. Maintain and expand their industry knowledge so to be relevant and beneficial to our clients and prospects.
1 Expected to meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives.
2. Responsible for leading the companys efforts in sales calls, presentations, assessment services and proposals related to our services.
3. Creating new client pool.
4. Tie up with International Companies / participants for International Exhibitions.
5. Seeks and follow leads to acquire new business.
6. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports/MIS.
7. Work closely with Design Team and Production Team to identify and implement new opportunities within major accounts.
8. Maintain a commitment to the companys sales processes, values and business code of ethics.
9. Creating value-based demonstrations, ability to write and direct proposal preparation, experienced in objection handling and negotiating.
1. Most work is performed in a typical office environment 6 days per week.
2. Requires travel within NCR Region 1 to 2 days per week and outside NCR region (whenever required).
3. Maintains positive employee and customer relations and creates an exciting and fun work environment, balanced with professional and ethical standards of excellence.
4. Excellent listening skills are Must.
5. Excellent internal communication via phone and in person with company staff other sales representatives, managers, administrative, support and development personnel.

1. Revenue generated from New Business.
2. Customer Satisfaction.
3. Considered a strong member of the team by other employees.
