Job Description

POSITION: Manager/Senior Manager-Operations(Non-Voice) Shift- UK Work Mode: 5 Day WFO Job Responsibility: Must have managed a team of minimum 100 to 200 associates ust have an excellent knowledge of different products and entire life cycle of a policy Customer service orientation is a must with excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Help with coaching new starters and provide regular feedback to supervisor/Manager. In addition, share any important information with the team (event specific, system related, client related) to develop the team and increase its efficiency Self-motivated, team player, ownership, accountability, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask, ambitious, independent Manage SLAs, team queries and ensure smooth operations Liaising & coordinating with various Internal & External teams on different type of queries. Must take accountability of all outstanding items and need to coordinate/escalate to resolve the open issues. ust maintain a cordial and professional behavior with internal/external clients. Adherence to SOP's, update any changes, timely review and Signoff Experience Required: BPO Experience in Insurnace process - Life and Pension Retirements Must have a team handling experience of 100-200 people one or more of the following certification Required- CF1, FA1, FA2 •Experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) is required. • Flexible to work in any shifts
