With a strong legacy that includes organizing India’s first Botanic Education Workshop in 1995, receiving the prestigious BGCI–NBRI grant for establishing an Arboretum of rare and endangered species, and conducting impactful outreach through awareness programs, nature camps, and student activities – NBNP continues to play a vital role in biodiversity conservation.

To build on this remarkable foundation, we invite applications from dynamic and visionary leaders for the position of Manager – NBNP Program.

Key Responsibilities:

4.          Manage the Park’s operations, staff, and conservation programs, ensuring sustainability and impact.

5.          Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Accounts, Liaison, and allied departments for project execution.

6.          Drive education and outreach programs for schools, colleges, NGOs, and the community.

7.          Strengthen partnerships with government, NGOs, research institutions, and corporate CSR wings.

8.          Promote conservation awareness through workshops, eco-activities, exhibitions, and training.

9.          Ensure statutory compliance under Trust/Society Acts, including membership management and reporting.

10.      Oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, and stakeholder engagement.

11.      Represent NBNP at regional, national, and international forums on biodiversity conservation.

12.      Ensure effective financial management, Budgeting, documentation, Proposals and reporting with transparency.

13.      Ability to travel locally and regionally (two-wheeler/four-wheeler mobility required).

Candidate Profile:

  1. Minimum 15 years of senior-level experience in reputed NGOs, Trusts, or Societies.
  2. Strong background in fund-raising, CSR tapping, and donor management.
  3. Proven expertise in Trust/Society governance, compliance, and project execution.
  4. Demonstrated ability to liaise with government bodies, corporates, and civil society.
  5. Strong leadership, documentation, and board-level reporting skills.
