Manager(Microbiology) For Lab (NABL / TESTING)

We, CARe KERALAM Public Limited Company based at Kinfra Small Industries Park, Koratty Thrissur district, Kerala is looking for a "MANAGER(Microbiology)” for Our NABL accredited, FSSAI Notified, AYUSH Approved, Drugs Controller approved, PCB Approved testing Laboratory.

Qualification and Experience Requirements –

Msc Microbiology Candidates with Mandatory work experience in an NABL (ISO:17025 : 2017) accredited Testing Lab with Overall work experience of More than 6 years and NABL Audit Experience.

Responsibilities -

• Overseeing all activities and functions of the department. (Coordination of planning, implementation, and maintenance of the management system as per ISO/IEC: 17025:2017, FSSAI, AYUSH, and PCB.)
• Coordinating product accelerated stability studies as per the requirements.
• Providing technical management of the Department; providing requirements and descriptions of laboratory analysis to be accomplished.
• Determining methods and standards of acceptable sample testing and evaluation; ensuring lab samples are evaluated based on requisite Guidelines, Procedures, laws, and regulations as mandated by statutory bodies; ensuring laboratory program implementation achieves the goals and mission of the Company.
• Managing laboratory staff and regularly monitor their performance; provide coaching for improvement and development; trainings on GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) to all including trainees and evaluate.
• To administer the laboratory’s quality assurance, quality control, and safety programs.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers/researchers for appropriate analytical procedures, detection limits, and turnaround times. Also, resolving customer complaints and taking Corrective and Preventive Actions(CAPA)
• Forecasting resources needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; manage organizational unit budgets.
• Doing all necessary things to Obtain and maintain various accreditations, Licenses including renewals and respective audits.
• Performing Continuous Process Improvements and bringing in improvements in the quality of services rendered and corresponding reduction of operations cost.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
