Job Overview We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong technical proficiency and proven managerial experience to lead development projects, mentor team members, and contribute hands-on to front-end and back-end coding tasks. This hybrid role requires both deep coding knowledge and the ability to manage people, projects, and priorities effectively. Technical Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications across the full stack (front-end, back-end, database). Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn business requirements into technical solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using technologies such as JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue), Python. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack. Implement and maintain APIs and microservices architectures. Managerial Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices. Plan, prioritize, and assign development tasks in collaboration with stakeholders. Participate in hiring processes, onboarding, and career development of team members. Manage project timelines, communicate risks, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus). 6+ years of full stack development experience. 2+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role. Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Next) and back-end languages (Python). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with UX/UI design principles. Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced development environment. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications. Required Skills
