Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the ASIS team, your core responsibilities will involve handling day-to-day support tickets and working on enhancement requests related to Workday HCM solution. You will have the opportunity to lead technical advancements, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions across various functional domains. Your role will also include interacting with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understanding HR processes. It is essential to comprehend the impact of HR data changes and seek confirmation from the business before implementing any changes in the system. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Workday roadmap, oversee release management, and ensure smooth adoption of new functionality. - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to translate needs into system solutions, drive process automation, and enable data-driven decision-making. - Ensure Workday security, compliance, and data integrity across all modules. - Lead and mentor a team of Workday analysts, providing guidance on solution design, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement. - Manage vendor relationships (Workday, implementation partners, third-party tools) and ensure value delivery. - Design and deliver Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations and executive decision-making. - Establish governance framework, best practices, and documentation standards for Workday processes. - Support HR technology strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field; master's degree preferred. - 10 to 13 years of experience with Workday HCM; at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Strong functional expertise across multiple Workday modules. - Proven track record of leading Workday projects (implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations). - Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment. - Workday certifications preferred. - Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Team leadership and talent development. - Vendor and stakeholder management. - Adaptability and continuous learning.
