Manager

WorkNDip is looking for a Manager to lead our co-working community with energy, efficiency, and a people-first approach.

Your Role:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all members

• Build and nurture strong relationships with startups, freelancers, and creators

• Manage space bookings, memberships, and community events

• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to grow the WorkNDip network

• Ensure the space reflects our values of collaboration, productivity, and comfort

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone with excellent communication and organizational skills

• Prior experience in operations or community management (preferred)

• A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude

• A people person who loves bringing communities together

Location: WorkNDip, Jaipur
