Job Description

Mandate 1–

Employees will come to the office thrice a week at their base location and work remotely for the remaining days.

  • Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Midjourney, Runway ML, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, and other AI-based generative tools for image and video creation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, growth, and creative teams to deliver visually striking, on-brand assets across in-app and off-app channels.
  • Brings high energy, curiosity, and a passion for visual storytelling and emerging creative technologies.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment and demonstrates strong project ownership and team development skills.
  • An excellent communicator who can drive alignment across ambiguity, provide and receive feedback constructively, and champion creative excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end visualisation and design ideation, from narrative concept to polished visual asset, across campaigns, product surfaces, and brand moments.
  • Define and maintain high-quality visual standards for AI-generated and handdrawn illustrated assets—spanning storyboards, visual explorations, and marketing creatives.
  • Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of visual designers, illustrators, and AI artists—elevating craft, speed, and innovation.
  • Work with multiple teams to build strong visual narratives and storyboards for product feature launches, In-app marketing collaterals/Films/Gamification assets
  • Strategically use & train AI tools (like Midjourney, Runway, Gen-2 to craft innovative visual content for brand, product, and performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with art direction, content, motion, and UX teams to ensure cohesive and on-brand creative experiences.
  • Drive visual experimentation and asset automation using AI tools, establishing scalable processes for on-demand, high-quality asset generation.
  • Present creative ideas, visual directions, and exploratory outputs to leadership and stakeholders—owning feedback loops and revisions with confidence.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and integrating emerging design and AI trends into the team’s workflow, continuously evolving the visual aesthetic and toolkit.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of professional experience in design, visual storytelling, or creative content creation, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • A degree in Visual Communication, Design, Fine Arts, Design, Animation, or a related creative discipline is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of illustration, visual composition, design systems, color theory, and creative direction.
  • Needs to have experience in guiding & shaping larger design teams with creative supervision and problem solving for categories
  • Needs to be a strong communicator and a driver of projects involving business stakeholders , Creative individuals & production managers
  • A portfolio showcasing narrative-driven visual work, AI-generated campaigns, and/or brand-defining visual design.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, CHAT GPT, DALL·E, Runway, Photoshop’s Generative Fill, etc.) and how to use them effectively in a professional pipeline.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and reviewing storyboards, visual narratives, and campaign-level creative concepts.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with execution efficiency and performance optimization, especially in digital-first environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an excellent eye for nuance, visual coherence, and originality.
  • Comfortable working across both static and dynamic formats, including short-form video, in-app visuals, and product visualisation assets.
