This role is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing innovative VM strategies across exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). The role ensures that men’s apparel categories (shirts, trousers, T-shirts, denims) are showcased in a way that enhances the brand identity, attracts customer attention, and maximizes sales. This position leads the central VM function and coordinates with regional VM teams, store staff, and cross-functional departments to maintain a consistent, high-quality shopping experience.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in fashion/apparel.
• Strong creative design sense, understanding of consumer behavior, and market trends.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale VM operations across multiple outlets.
