Manager - Visual Merchandising

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Storytelling & Display Execution.
• Design impactful, on-brand store layouts and product placements using 3D modeling

and visual merchandising principles.

• Translate brand campaigns and product launches into compelling in-store experiences.
• Ensure consistent visual identity across all retail formats.
• Retail Operations & Collaboration.
• Partner with the marketing, product, and retail teams to bring campaigns to life in-store.
• Coach store teams on visual merchandising standards and ensure flawless execution.
• Support new store openings and seasonal floor-set changes.
• Trend Analysis & Innovation.
• Stay on top of retail design trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.
• Use data and customer insights to optimize store layouts and product performance.
• Lead A/B testing and pilot innovative visual merchandising solutions.
• Team Training & Development.
• Guide and upskill retail teams on visual standards and product knowledge.
• Create easy-to-follow VM guidelines for seamless store execution.

Must Haves:

• Strong design aesthetic with a sharp eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with 3D modeling or visual design software is a plus.
• Ability to balance bold creativity with clear commercial objectives.
• Deep passion for youth culture, streetwear, and customer-centric design.
• Agile mindset thrive in fast-paced, experimental, and collaborative environments.

Nice to have:

• Retail visual merchandising experience preferably with D2C brands
• Experience in on-going trend analysis and event-led displays
• Experience in managing store VM champions
