Job Description

Lead the MRO procurement team, overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality and reliability of supplies Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms Manage Purchase Orders (POs), including adherence to Inco terms, to ensure compliance and minimize risk Establish and manage Annual Rate Contracts (ARCs) with key suppliers to streamline procurement processes and maintain consistent pricing Conduct regular vendor assessments and develop new suppliers to ensure a robust and diversified vendor base Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align procurement strategies with organizational goals Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
